Hi, We were subject to a TalkTalk line fault the other day at the echange (so I was told). However, now that the phone line is back up & running, our fibre broadband speed has remained low?
We were seeing speeds of around 27Mb at the modem, but now is't just over 10Mb? At this level, it's only 3Mb quicker than when I was on my regular ADSL connection!!
I've switched off the modem, waited a while & re-started it, but again, the speed has remained low. Been on my account & tried to contact someone to possibly do a line check, but on-line chat isn't available & telephone help state waiting times of 20-25mins...
Should I just give it a few days & wait and see?
