I upgraded to TT Fibre large in July 2014 and was expecting 76MBps download and 19MBps upload speeds. For the last 18 months I have been calling TT regularly to try to get them to provide something close to those speeds, but have typically been in the range of 30-40 download and 4-6 upload. VERY occasionally I have seen high 50's down and 19 up, but only for a few days at a time then back to 30-40/4-6 or so. I must have seriously wasted 100 hours or more of my life talking to support engineers, and more time waiting for Openreach engineers to not show up. (One did actually visit about a year ago and fixed some connection issues outside my home, but that just lasted for a short while). I have frequently asked about compensation since, in my opinion, TT have been stealing my money since they have continued to charge but have not supplied anything remotely close to the advertised speeds. The first response from the support staff is that they can't discuss compensation until the problem is fixed, but after 18 months they are no nearer to fixing anything. On at least 3 occasions I have asked for the matter to be escalated to the CEO Team, and I have written to that team myself twice. So far, I have had ABSOLUTELY NO feedback from the CEO Team, and am now ready to cancel my service since the 18 month contract term is at an end, but I really want to get some substantial compensation before I walk away since I seriously doubt I would get anywhere with that afterwards without taking legal action. How can I get in touch with the CEO Team please, or is that team just another TT fantasy like the advertised speeds?
