Fibrebroadband 'no cable connected' error

Hi

Gone live with talk talk fibre optic today and no broadband light on the box. Whenever I try and connect the wifi, I always getting error message saying 'no cable connected.'

Spoke to talk talk and told it is due to my line not being fully connected and will be sorted by midnight. Is that right?
