I moved over to TalkTalk late in 2015 taking up the Fibre Broadband, at first all seemed to be OK, on Christmas day the speed of my servive dropped by half to 16Mbps download speed and upload speed of 0.72Mbps - Despite reporting this twice and having an engineer out who was doing the free health check offered I am still in the same situation
Is this standard practice, customer service is poor, no updates other than attempting to blame the bad weather (it's not been bad here thankfully)
Has anyone else experienced this, Is this what I should expect and would I be within my rites to cancel?
