Im new and searching for answers

I have been a talk talk customer in this house for 4 months today I took over the previous tenants account lawfully and everything was hunky dory with a few niggling problems until 23 Dec when my wifi gave up 

The broadband worked on hard wire connection but the wifi decided to work when it was in the mood. I didnt do anything till after the holidays as seemed little point

A few weeks ago now I contacted talk talk and it took 1hour 47 minutes to find out there was a problem they said they would send an engineer. I waited and waited got a text to ask me to confirm evrything was fine I rang them to say no went through another 49minutes of plug this in unplug that turn this off etc. They then decided to send me a new router.

 

It didnt work

 

I rang again went through an hour of phone calls to subcontinent again and after much of the same they decided the new router was broken and sent me a another new on.

 

It didnt work

 

 

I dont know what to do now dont want to waste another minute talking to a moron with a clip board answering the same questions over and over again.

 

I need to get into the HG633 to make it work--- all they both of them do is flash (broadband light) its trying to do a handshake but net getting it so what am I going to do? please help
