Fibre Slow Wi-fi and poor customer service (again!!)

I have (like many) an ongoing issue with my Fibre Large wi-fi speeds with that mickey mouse Router HG633 from china.

 

Having opened a fault log with talk talk they have made me do the following:

 

-Change the 5G SSID name (as if that would help) and this didn't make any improvements

-Reboot the router (several times)

-Suggest there was a line fault (but there wasn't) 

-Called me and said to turn off my router for 30 mins, and they would call back (no call back)

 

Today i get a missed call from them, and a text and voicemail saying if they don't hear back from me in 48 hours (voicemail) then they will assume its fixed! Muppet's.

 

The text says if they don't hear from me in 10 days they will close it, yet the message from the Customer service person said 48 hours?? which is it??

 

So they are not very constant then.

 

I'm fed up getting the run around again and again, when the real issue is the router

 

PLEASE CAN A TALK TALK ONLINE EXPERT CONTACT ME -I WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS THIS FURTHER-

 

I wont hold me breath for any so calledcall back, or anyone to contact me.

 

Does anyone have an email address for senior management of this joke of an ISP??

 

The service is a joke.
