My fibre broadband doesn't work!!

Hey guys
I recently switched from the SimplyBroadband package to the fibre package.
I was guaranteed a speed of 38-40mbps as the green cabinet is literally in my street!

My fibre went live on Friday the 15th at around 2pm
My phone and Internet experienced a 20min disturbance during that time which is normal


It has been 24 hours since the switch and and my speed is EXACTLY THE SAME!

I am using the talktalk super router

I connected my laptop to the Internet via Ethernet and done a speed test and got this:

Ping: 22ms
Download: 14.27mbps
Upload: 0.89mbps

I have been at this speed for a week now!
With my old router I used to get 16mbps download!
