Can my Profile be checked to see if it needs updating...The talktalk speedchecker gives me the message 'Sorry, we can't run a speed test from your location' so i used speedtest .net.
It gives a great speed result http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5006964731 yet i have had to give up using the box to access Netflix and Catchup TV ( i don't have a TV so wanted the box to be able to access those services) trying to watch anything i was continually getting the egg timer spinning so i've just given up on it.
The speedtest result gives me a 30. M/bsdownload speed so why do pages either take forever to load or just give a blank page...also trying to download from iPlayer it downloads in kb/s although i get a 1.40Mb/s download speed result.
I have tried all the tests and solutions for speed given on the support options and been reading through any similar speed posts here and tried solutions given...nothing works!
I'm using an i7 laptop with 8GB Ram running Windows 7 Firefox browser...everything is up to date and the only machine using the Internet.
Getting very frustrated with this so any help/info would be appreciated.
