Upgraded to Fibre but feels more like a downgrade.

So, since changing to Fibre one month ago I have had more problems than ever.

At first I had a crackly phone line which resulted in internet drop outs. A Openreach engineer came out twice and the problem was fixed. But since then the internet has been very slow and still cutting out. The phone isn't crackly anymore.

I did a speed checker test just now and it came back as this

With the current speed test you could download the following:

• Mp3 in 3.20 Seconds
• Video in 10.69 Minutes
• DVD in 53.49 Minutes

I have zero idea if the download speed is good or bad and if it's Fibre speed?

Any advice would be great. Thanks
