Simply Broadband with Superpowered Fibre speed/connection issues

Hello, since I joined TalkTalk (couple of mounth ago), right from the first day I have really big issues with my internet.

It goes slow any time it wants, losing conection with my internet many times a day.

I read lots of FAQ on your websites, so:

1. I tried to switch it off and on again (tired of this).

2. Tried to put my device (laptop) as close as I can to my modem.

3. I don't have any radios or other devices which can interrupt signal.

4. Even if I have only 1 device "ON" using the internet problem still appears.

5. Tried to switch "Microfilter"

6. My Windows/Google Chrome got auto update, I have an antivirus with latest updates too.

7. Tried to switch internet channels via modem settings.

8. Have 2 laptops, xbox, phones all devices have same problem with speed/connection. Noticed that devices might lose connection at the same time.

9. I have Huawei HG633 TalkTalk Super Router

10. At the end I have RANDOM speed jumps between 0.8 and 23+ or even losing connection at all.

11. Usually it happens on mornings/evenings/late night, I would say it works "fine" between 8 AM and 4 PM.
