Hi.
My first time posting so hope i am doing the right thing.
Since i took out broadband with talktalk my max speed was 1.5mb. Not great but i live rural so not expecting much .
Last month my fibre broadband cabinet was activated so i upgraded expecting at least 10mb.
The issue i have is my speed never changed. Open reach did a test and were getting 11mb straight away. He left and guess what, no difference.
I have done every check possible. Run speed tests over and over and getting no where.
I contacted technical help and customer service. I was told there was no fault on the line and they would send an engineer in 7 days time!
What can i do? He will just do a test, say it's ok and leave, another day wasted and money lost not working.
I seem to be getting no where and paying for the privilege of it.
Any advice appreciated.
