I ordered an upgrade to fibre
I was told that the "go live" date was 20 Jan
20 Jan came and went - no fibre - I was told by a guy in the call centre that actually my "go live" date was 22 Jan - strange that details in "my account" still show the "go live" to be 20 Jan
here we are on 27 Jan and still no upgrade
I have made 5 frustrating calls to the call centre were they keep telling me that customer services will contact me - I keep telling htem to contact me on my mobile because I am out all day at work - they told me again tonight that they tried to contact me on my land line
should I just give up, cancel the order and go with another provider (BT?)
what do you think? is it worth the wait?
