New 1st generation Apple TV device which seamlessly connected to my old Tesco router and standard broadband.
I change to Talk Talk, get a new router and fibre broadband for a better experience. The Apple TV will only sporadically find the network and will never connect when I place the password. My Mac will connect to the Wifi with no problems.
I have read that the Huawei HG633 router has issues with Apple TV.
I've contact customer service via "Chat" and he was very evasive on answering my questions about the router, saying it doesn't support Apple TV?
If so why wasn't I made aware of this?
Can anyone offer advice or help on what to do next (my next move is to contact Apple to see if the issue is with their product)
