I'm new to TalkTalk as FTTC and LLU has just arrived to our village, previously BT was the only option....
Got to admit it is not a great start, broadband switch over happened on 14/10 and the speed is no where near the estimates provided upfront. if we get 16Mbit/s we are lucky which is very short of the estimated 45Mbit/s, it is also not stable as I noticed blocking and freezing with online streaming from Amazon, something never experienced before on our slow ADSL connection.
But on top of that, I can't even get in touch with customer service since Wednesday to try and get this sorted out. What on earth is going on....Is my only option to exercise my cooling off period and just leave now?
Not quite the introduction I was hoping to write, but not a great first experience with TalkTalk at all.
