Hi...
Right, here goes.. I got TalkTalk around 9/10 months ago (upto 80MB package). First two weeks it ran perfectly, above speed at around 116meg so straight up I know the line is capable of advertised speeds. After 2 weeks it dropped to 60ish and after they done a line test and found no faults I let it go, afterall 60 download and 20 upload is adequate for my needs and falls within the allowed limits around the advertised speed. Now however 9 months on my speed has suddenly dropped to 35mb (still 20 upload, randomly) and obviously this is now an issue.
Any advice? I dont want to have to change provider again at end of contract if I can help it but if I'm not getting what I pay for then it has to be done.
