Hi,
Back in Nov 15 I upgraded from TalkTalk's standard broadband to their fibre connection with 'super router' HG633. Ever since my connection change over back my connection has not worked.
I have took the time to allow seven.... yes SEVEN engineers come out to my house. Three BT engineers visits confirm that the connection is in fact active and working with BT's modem and separate router - no fault found, must be a fault with TalkTalk's equipment. Four TalkTalk engineers confirm that the connection does not work with the TalkTalk HG633 but does work with the loaned BT equipment. TalkTalk have assured me that the HG633 router would be faulty and have replaced it, via the post, three times - still no luck! The last engineer was sent with the promise that he would find and fix the fault.... no such luck, he upgraded the router firmware and still no connection via the HG633.
Someone else must of experienced the same fault....?
I'm left with somewhat lacking 'super' router!
