hi my go live date was the 8/02/2016 i connected my new router and found that the speed i was getting was slower than the speed i was getting with my old router 5mb instead of 7mb 

i been incontact through live chat and they av escalated the matter wot ever that means 

also today my partner took a phone call who said they were talktalk and asked how we  were getting on with our new router she dosnlt deal with these things and told them to call back after 5 to speak to me.

i found out since that it was not talktalk but another scam call coincidece or wot or did they no i had ordered fiber 

i have read afew posts on here about the trouble people are having getting conected i dont want the hassel at the minute and will want to cancel if it cant be sorted quickly
