ok this is my problem looks like somthing is scanning for open ports from my pc / then shutting my internet down.
changing somthing then rebooting
i have found loads more errors from different local ip's but all state 2010?

i have anti virus/ anti malwarebytes/ anti exploit .
this is the 2nd / 3rd time this has happened.
