I'm hoping TT will pick this upand do something! I have waited for tech callback (twice) for 2 hour slots, and it turned out to be a waste of time - no call-back.
My reference, for what it's worth, - INC000013061392.
My wired connection is at 35+Mb/s but wifi, even stood beside the router using an Acer 5749, the best I can get is around 9Mb/s.
I would like to have a replacement router to eliminate a problem one way or another, but on the few times I have had an online chat I was advised the agent was only billing enquiries and I would have to have a call-back!? (which didn't happen)
Now I realise TT is a value package, but if it doesn't work properly where's the value?
Come on TT, pick this up and do something, customer service by phone is a waste of time, I don't understand them and they don't understand me, like a previous contributer they keep telling me there is nothing wrong.
Win7 has checked for problems and found nothing wrong with the adapter, I have reset the router several times, no improvement.
Using Uswitch speed tester (and several others) I used to be fastest in my postcode, now I'm the slowest.
I look forward to a bit of action.
