Hello, I’ve had fibre broadband for a week now and till today it’s been lovely then suddenly snapchat and Facebook will not load but as soon as I turn wifi off and 4g on everything loads it’s becoming frustrating as I’m wasting my mobile data when I should be able to use my WiFi happily.
