I am currently experiencing problems with my HUAWEI HG533 modem/router, we are on Fibre Super and every 10 or so minutes our wifi drops on all devices no matter where in our house we are.
I have tested on Android devices/Laptops (Mac OSX/Windows)/Game consoles, but the issue still occurs, I spoke to a TalkTalk customer service employee on the phone but he said the issue was our connection even if our modem still works via Ethernet. He said that there will be a charge on £65 to bring an engineer into our house, I don't think that is necessary as the problem is with the Modem not the internet.
I have changed the channels on our admin panel and changed the signal but the same issue still appears, any help would be great!
