Dear Talk Talk,
Why is it so hard for you guys to fix your own modems/fibre conncection. My interent has been "live" according to you for 2 weeks and Ive had BT engineer visits who say there isnt a problem with the connection. You have charged me and I havent even used the *@#][!![]'#[@#]!* thing yet. It ridiculous. Everytime I call its a different problem, Calls which I am being charged for because the landline doesnt work and I have to use my mobile. When I try to ring today the phone tells me the fault is being dealt with! Is it? Is it really? It shouldnt be this stressful to get a broadband connection to work. It's, you know. Your Job!
Does anyone know how to get this modem to work. I'm at the end of my nerve here. Its a HG633 Model "Super router"
