Live date shambles

In my account on website it's saying appointment was missed?????

It wasn't I had two different open reach engineers here!

Second one fixed fault on line

landline still saying number not in service.

routers saying adsl internet not fibre,

can't ring in to land line but can call out

What the ... is going on this is a shambles

Could someone from talk talk check what is going on please
