Since moving house 7 months ago I have been unable to obtain fibre at my new address. My neighbours all have fibre broadband through different providers. I have checked on open reach and it says fibre is available at my current property. If I use the fibre checker on the talk talk website it says it is unavailable? I have also spoke over the phone to an agent who said the same.
Through reading other threads I have noticed other people have had the same problem and it is probably the database that hasn't been updated.
Can you update the database or raise an order for me for fibre medium??
