I was sent a new router as my previous one included a BT white box eith a talk talk black box sat on top. I know have just the black box which looking at some of the threads on here seems to be causing quite a few people some problems.
Since having this new box the fibre is even worse than before. I am paying each month for a service I am not receiving. If more than one of us is using the internet it is slow or refuses to open internet pages at all.
Please advise what is going on or send me a different router. I am sure there is a law against charging customers for something that they are not getting. I have posted previously regarding this issue but have heard nothing back.
