speed

I have been with talktalk for a little while now, before I moved, and now, in my new house. I started a contract for the Fiber Large package but I have not once got the speeds that I was promised. How would I go about changing my plan because the speeds I'm getting are the speeds that not even the regular Fiber package should be getting, let alone the large like I am paying for. I'm not happy with the service because no one has been able to fix it and now I'm just wasting money on a rubbish connection and I'm starting to think that I just shouldn't pay for this kind of service anymore.
