I used to get 11-12 MHz download & .5 up. it has slowly dropped to 4-5MHz down & .2 to .5 up. see attached for speedtest results - its over wifi, but that is much faster >50MHz & file transfer on intranet is fast!
there have been multiple line faults that openreach have repaired & Talktalk have replaced the Router recently.
its a fibre to box connection with a long copper line to the property.
any suggetsions would be appreciated - if TT cant improve it again, I will switch providers.
Used to be with BT, who could never deliver more than 8MHz over the same lines.
