I was a very satisfied Fibre Broadband user earlier, but since last week My HG635 Super Router keeps restarting again and again on my fiber broadband , i have spoke to TalkTalk customer service team but they were not able to identify the cause of this issue, and were not very helpful, they kept me on phone for more than 2 hours, but not able to even identify the problem.
The HG635 router RESTARTS intermittently (max after 20 minutes and sometimes within a minute or so).
All lights apart from Power, i.e. BROADBAND, INTERNET, WIFI and ETHERNET goes OFF on HG635 during that time, so this does'nt looks like a DSL/Broadband problem, as I am loosing WiFi/Ethernet signals as well when the router loses connectivity. The router was working fine earlier, and we have no changes in the way we connect.
I am now very frustrated with this problem and you might lost a long standing customer here (using talktalk for more than 4 years now), can I get a replacement super router with some EXPEDITED DELIVERY please??
