I have been an internet user since 1999 starting off with dial up 56k. Those days I would play online gaming with a healthy game ping of 26 and this was day and night. Had broadband since 2001 and never had an issue with ping rates or any consitency issues with connections or high pings.
So on a 78mb connection you would have thought that there should be no issues with network congestion in the evenings while I play on-line gaming or even streaming on-line video services.
But no behold every evening since having your service my pings go from 20 up to 150 and my download and upload speeds end up like a Donkey on Blackpool beach.
The most ironic thing is that I am literally 40 meteres from the exchange box!
Before people start asking about line checks that has all been done and no issues. No surprises as the problem occurs in the evenings only when most people are home. I expect that but have never had an issue with the ping rate which is really irrating the hell out of me as I love doing my online gaming and this is ruining my experience to say the least!
So Talk Talk I would please like to know how you are going to solve this issue as you are breaking your terms and conditions with regards to providing a service I am expecting to recieve.
I have included a snippet of what I am having to endure each evening of my woeful connection problem.
Out of interest has any other Talk Talk members having same issues only in the evening between a certain time frame. if so please share your experiences in this thread, thank you.
