Our broadband speeds have never been great but have been terrible for a few weeks now. I've just run a speed checker and I'm getting 1.5mbps Download and 1.9mbps Upload speeds. The issue probably isn't helped by antiquated phone line coming into the property, which I warned Talk Talk about when arranging installation.
I've gone through the troubleshooting and seen no improvements. I've checked OpenReach and there are no major issues in the area. How do I get this resolved without spending hours talking to technical support? TBH I'd rather an engineer come out and find out why I'm not receiving anywhere near the speeds that I signed up for.
Do TalkTalk offer such a service? They make it so much easier to switch service providers than fix, part of me thinks it would be easier to start switching to Virgin ;-)
