I've been experiencing falling speeds since switching over to fibre broadband. As you can see through the attachments, speed has dropped from 31 Mbps when it went live, down to under 10 Mbps this evening (and falling to under 5 Mbps on some occassions).
I have spoken with someone from technical support (a couple of weeks ago) about the broadband constantly dropping out who talked me through a number of suggestions and I currently have the broadband running through the BT master socket. It seems more stable but speed is less that I was getting under the standard package.
