Please help
Having spent 9 hours online chatting to try to resolve my Faster Fibre speed problems, a TT complaints manager called me on Monday.
We spent another 2 hours trying to rectify the issue & he ran (& re-ran) various tests.
Since then my TT Router has stopped working completely !!!
He advised me to only use the OR router & disconect the TT one.
A OR engineer has been scheduled to visit on 11 Feb but I can't do without WiFi until then as I need to work from home.
Could you please arrange a replacement TT to be sent to me ASAP.
(BTW I'm only getting 30mbps down & upload although OR say 129 mbps is coming into muy huse & their router)
