Hi,
Since switching to faster fibre on 22/01 have been unable to access internet.
We are using the TalkTalk provided router. Neither the original or replacement can connect to TalkTalk
Had an open reach engineer today who verified that all ok with sockets and line.
He said that the flashing white/red on front of modem indicates that VDSL detectedbut process gets no further and light returns to solid red.
I don’t understand what ip addresses the router is using to establish a connection. I have looked at the 192.168.1.1 advanced options and can see no is address specified.
I have contacted technical support several times but only advice is turn it on and turn it back on again.
Any help/advice would be very welcome!
