I have recently moved home and stopped my old TT service at my old address and took out a new medium fibre package at the new. My go lve date was 19th February but due to a whle host of TT foul ups I only received my new super router today.
My landline works fine and I have been able to make and receive calls since 19th February.
When I plugged it in the new router, (exactly as dscribed in the instuctions - grey cbale to grey port - master phone socket with micro filter etc.), yet after more than an hour (including one power off / on cycle), the power light and wireless light are lit but the broadband light just flashes and there's nothing from the internet light.
Moving home is stressful enough but so far TT have jsut compounded the whole thing. Is someone able to help me sort this our please?
