I have had superpowered fibre for appx 1 year now and i used to get appx 30-40mb download speeds. Im now lucky to get 15mb. I have reported the fault with talktalk who today sent openreach out to check my line over. Openreach were at my apartment for appx an house doing tests and they reported no issues and no faults with my line. The engineer reset the ports and tested the line, all was fine. The engineer said my line is good for 60mb download speed but when doing a speed test it was showing 10mb download. He wasnt sure where to go from here as there is no fault on the line?!? Where do I go from here??
