Hi all, I hope somebody can shed some light on this for me.
After a go live date of the 15th of Feb, my service didnt actually go live until the 22nd. This was due to works being needed by BT openreach who twice visited the street. A week later I got the confirmation email that my fibre had gone live and everything was up and running. Since that email though my broadband has been extremely intermittent and repeatedly drops out and when it is up and running it really only reaches an average of 5mb instead of the advertised 38mb.
I only have the broadband service, no phone or tv package. All connections are wired up correctly and im running from the master socket but this is becoming extremely frustrating, its been almost 2 weeks now with awful broadband and my faith in Talk Talk to sort this out is diminishing by the day. Please can anyone shed some light on why my broadband is still so bad? I have been told that new connections can take 6 - 8 days to stabilise but surely I should be getting more than 5mb by now?
Thanks in advance
Chris
