Fibre going live day 8 days ago and still not working

Upgraded from broadband to fibre on the 17th feb, can take to midnight on the days to become active they say. I waited til midnight - no fibre no broadband no phone line, not happy.
Next morning contacted talk talk via the online messenger. Told they would report the fault. Went to work came home in the evening i had fibre horray very happy. 24hrs later no fibre not happy.
contact customer service via the messenger after 10 minutes of textual communication they gave me a phone number to call.
made the call via my mobile as i have no phone line.
told after 25 minutes of conversation that the fault had already been reported and would be resolved in 72 hours. So no fibre all weekend .
Tuesday 23rd contacted talk talk again, told the fault had been reported and they would resolve in 24 hours.
48 hours later on 25th feb at 1800 still no fibre no broadband and no phone line.
Paid o2 £13 to top up my data to keep the little one entertained on youtube during difficult times. The wife added extra data to her phone aswell.
So so disappointed and let down by talk talk. No communication from them no updates no idea if and when the fault will be resolved .
would i recommmend to a friend . Most definately NOT.
