why do I have to turn my router off then on everyday to get a good download speed

I have to turn my router off then back on 30min later everyday to get the advertised speed on my fibre broadband

the router is right next to the phone point and the desktop is less than 3mtrs. Talktalk have 3 days to sort this or they can collect everything back and I will change suppliers I have rang on numerous occassions and each time get told it has been fixed (I don't think so ) I had ordinary broadband before with an extension cable phoneline to my router next to the computer and had better speed 8-10 mps I am now getting 1.2-2.8 mps !! but if I turn on and off it goes to 35 mps and the next day back to 1-2
