Hi, The title pretty much says it all. Other lights green. TalkTalk's own test tool tells me everything is fine. But the Internet light stays red and no access to anything (landline itself is functioning as normal).
I've done the usual restarts, disconnects etc. etc. but no use. This happened when I first moved to TalkTalk and was either fixed by TalkTalk or fixed by coincidence.
If a representative of TalkTalk sees this and can advise I'd appreciate it. I don't want to call tech support as last time some very long calls didn't get us any further unforutnately.
