I've had a fault on record since November and although I've had 3 openreach engineers out and 2 talktalk engineers out the fault is still ongoing. I only came across talktalk community over a month ago to notice people mentioning updates to the router over and over and mentioned it several times to be told by one woman who listened that I was out of date and an engineer came to say I'm upto date with the most recent available update so more inconsistent information given to add to the ever growing list. It's no coincidence that we're all having the same problems. I was told I could leave at no cancellation charge BUT that doesn't help with the activation fee of joining another company so I'm stuck with shitty talktalk
