Broadband disconnection

Ok so ive been with talk talk for over just a year now which was super fibre and never had any problems untill recently, my broadband connection disconnects multiple times during the day which is extremely annoying. I have so far rang talk talk 4 times and was told my connection disconnects 60 times a day, I was told to plug in a microfilter along with my router and phone line into my test socket, I was then told to leave it for 48 hours whilst they try to resolve the problem, my Internet Led on my router turns red and then it is as if it has restarted itself. 48 hours have passed and so far it still does it and im thinking of switching providers due to this problem.

 

Nothing seems to be wrong with my phone as its working fine just the broadband which is not working
