No fibre internet

Hi.

Ive had broadband with talktalk at my previouse address and i recently moved to a new address where there was allready an existing broadband with plus net. Which was all working fine apart from slow connection speeds. To i deceided to do a home switch to my new address and upgrade to fibre. The plus net connection was working fine up untill the morning of the switch day. When i got home i pluged my existing talktalk router in because i recived an email to say my fibre was now live. But it did not work. So now ive had no internet for 3 days now. They checked my line and couldent see anything wrong and sone kind of reset at there end and told me to turn my router of for 30 mins. Was also asked for 3 time slotes over the next 3 days between 1 and 6 which was not very convienient and of i miss him i will be charged 65 pounds. Not happy with this at all. Now tomorrow is the final timeslot abd its a bank holiday so not sure if they work on bank holidays. Having no internet over the easter will cause me great inconvinence as i have to pay for data on my phone, which will cost me a fortune. Not a happy bunny. Regards tony
