Have had slow download speeds since being connected to 'Superpowered Fibre Broadband'
Switched from a reliable standard talktalk broadband connection back on the 8th September, reported a fault on the 25th September, had an engineer out on the 2 October confirmed a noisy line!
Still awaiting an update on the status of the repair, I have now had 2 bills sent to me for a service which I am not receiving totaling in excess of £100!!
Please can you advise of a timescale for the repair, the service I am receiving now is even slower than the previous connection I had for a few years.
