I now have the red internet light on my router and been told a brightsparks engineer will be coming out next Friday. This is too long to wait! Talktalk know I work from home and show no urgency to anything.
The error I have usually means something needs to be dove at the exchange so why do I have to have a talk talk engineer?
Very close to cancelling the whole contract as the service provided is abysmal. Again the inadequacies of talk talk are costing me money!
