Poor fibre speed

Hi there
please look into this as its getting very frustrating why is my fibre broadband gone from 35mbps to 18 mbps in the last week
and when i pick up the phone i lose the internet for a few  seconds
i have done all the checks etc but it hasn't helped  i had this problem before and it was the modem

Im using a wired conection
