Fibre speeds have dropped. Is Interleaved the problem?

Hi when I signed up a couple of months ago I was getting great speeds of around the high 20s to 30Mbps download. This was always consistent, great speeds and no outages until a few weeks ago when something went funky with the router and it didn't work for about an hour. I reset it a couple of times and it eventually worked after leaving it turned off for about 10 minutes. I only reset it a couple of times and it has never been turned off or reset other than at that point.

Ever since then the speed just hasn't been the same. It has been consist in that it has had no more problems but it's performing at significantly lower speeds.

I'm aware that the DLM may have kicked in and made the speed lower temporarily, but I would have hopped that it would only last a few days to a week. It's now over two weeks since I had to reset it.

I have performed a number of different speed tests including the one recomended by talktalk. I have tried in various locations around the house, wired and wireless connections, different times of the day and from multiple devices. I always get the same speeds of around 18Mbps - 19Mbps down and 1.8Mbps - 1.96Mbps up.

When I signed up I believe I was estimated speeds of around 30-40Mbps down, and the fact I got 30Mbps was great. However these current speeds are obviously hugely disspointing as they are the exact same speeds I got with BT regular broadband. The reason I upgraded to talktalk fibre was because it looked like we could break out of this 18Mbps range we were getting with BT.

Below is some info regarding my Router and connection.

If anyone has any ideas as to what could be causing the slow down I would greatly appreciate it.
