Fibre large Broadband speed is slow

Hi there, 

 

I placed an order for 76mbps super-powered fiber broadband in September. My phone line and my go live date was 2nd Oct 2015. I was told in my area my Internet speed would be more than 60mbps. But I am only getting 20-30 mbps. And the speed is decreasing day by day. 

This is not acceptable at all, I am paying for 76mbps fiber large Broadband so I should get the expected speed. 

Please check and fix this problem asap, otherwise I would have no option other than cancel or switch to other ISP as I am not getting the speed I am entitled for. 

Phone calls to customer service didn't help at all.
