Moving House Help

Hi everyone, 

I have had an 18 month contract for Fibre Broadband, Telephone and The Plus Tv Service since December 2015, so basically I am about 4 months in to it. 

I am intemding to move house in approximately 3 months, so at that point will be 7 months in to an 18 month contract. If I move with Talk Talk, I understand that I have to sign a new contract? Will it be 12 or 18 months and do I keep my current prices or have to take out a new deal. 

If I decide to exit talk talk and go elsewhere can anybody tell me what the charges are please?
