I've got an issue with the sync speed. I'm currently on Fibre Large and i'm getting around 37mbps which DLM is all over at the moment. According to the BT Wholesale checker i should be able to get near enough full speed (80mbps).
After speaking with someone on Support on Sunday they they send it would be escalated to the network team for investigation. The reference that i was sent via sms is 12583486.
This was a self install on a newly activated fibre cabinet and i was sent a SuperRouter but i've also tried a Billion 8800NL but there's no difference in sync speed.
I've been reluctant to reset things too much as i don't want DLM getting over excited!
Could a helpful OCE see if there's an update with this?
