My internet speeds were around 14-15mbps and a few weeks ago this dropped to below 3mbps. You sent an engineer out because I have a c rackly phone. He said he'd fixed it but it was still the same, although my speeds increased around 1-2mpbs. I contacted you again and an engineer came yesterday, he found a fault somewhere and said my speeds should go up, but they are still at between 1-3mbps. I'm not happy with this. I can't watch anything online because my speeds are too low.
Can someone please sort this out for me. I've been a good TT customer for many, many years, but now I'm fed up of this.
